Eligibility for Returns

• 30-Day Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

• Condition Requirements: Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories

• Proof of Purchase: Original invoice or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

• Software licenses and digital products

• Special order/custom configured equipment

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

1. Request Authorization: Email info@smn-tech.com for RMA approval

2. Ship Your Return: Include RMA number on all packages (customer pays return shipping)

3. Inspection & Processing: Allow 7-10 business days after we receive your return

Refund Details

• Refunds issued to original payment method within 14 business days

• 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
